Really small - one size definitely doesn't fit all. My head is, with no hair, maybe size 57. With basically any hair it's closer to 58. Right now I'm bald and the cap is way too tight. I can't even imagine wearing it for any longer than it took me to test the fit. Otherwise, the product seems OK. It's lightweight, and probably quite breathable. Very likely not to last too long looking nice, since it's white plastic, though, and I don't know how it might hold up in the laundry. I'll return this one and look for something else to replace it.
