It does not force you into a posture, but reminds you to maintain an upright posture by gently pulling as soon as your shoulders fall forward. By wearing the back strap, you strengthen the muscles in your upper back. If your shoulders are optimally aligned, you can prevent pain.
Wear the back strap discreetly under your clothing and simply integrate it into your everyday life during sedentary or standing activities, for example at your desk, on a walk or while cooking.
The material of the POSTURE is light and comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps are equipped with a so-called spacer fabric, a spacer textile for better ventilation while wearing. The posture belt is available in 2 sizes (S/M/L and XL/XXL). you can also adjust it individually using the Velcro fastener for a perfect fit. Correctly adjusted, the BLACKROLL® POSTURE allows full freedom of movement and simply reminds you to actively adopt an upright posture by pulling gently. Despite the posture belt, the muscles have to work independently to straighten the body, which is a gentle workout.

How to put on the POSTURE
Adjust the two shoulder straps to a wide fit by opening the Velcro fasteners so that you can easily put the POSTURE on like a jacket. Fasten the Velcro fasteners again before putting on the POSTURE so that the straps do not slip through the buckle on the back.
Adjust the size individually: Once the POSTURE fits comfortably around both shoulders, you can use the Velcro fasteners to adjust the intensity so that it optimally reminds you of an upright posture.
