The Bianchi Sprint 105 is one of Bianchi's all-round racing bikes and is designed for those taking their first steps in racing. Originally introduced in the 1970s, the Sprint was very popular with the riders of the time and is still admired today as an icon of cycling history.
The Sprint 105 frame is made from carbon monocoque and is equipped with a PressFit 86.5x41mm bottom bracket. It supports both mechanical and electronic shifting and is compatible with 28mm wide tyres. Available in sizes 44, 47, 50, 53, 55, 57, 59 and 61 cm, the frame offers flexibility for different rider sizes. The fork is a 1.1/4">1.1/8" Bianchi full carbon fork, also compatible with 28mm tyres.
The drivetrain consists of Shimano 105 components, including the ST-R7000 2x11 derailleur, the RD-R7000 GS 11-speed rear derailleur, the FD-R7000-L front derailleur and the FC-RS510 50x34T crankset. Crank lengths vary between 165mm and 175mm depending on the frame size. The cassette is a Shimano 105 CS-R7000 with 11-32T and the chain is a Kmc X11-1 with EPT finish. The braking system consists of Shimano BR-R561-L rim brakes and the brake levers are integrated into the shifters. The wheelset is a Shimano WH-RS100 with fast Vittoria Zaffiro Pro V 700x25 tyres.
The cockpit features a Velomann Alloy 6061 stem with a ±7° angle, a Velomann Compact Flat Top handlebar in Alloy 6061 with 80mm reach and 130mm drop, and La Spirale Bike Ribbon Eolo Soft handlebar tape. The seat post is Velomann Alloy AL6061 with a 15mm offset and a length of 300mm to 350mm depending on the frame size. The saddle is a Velomann 1285 URN with steel bars and measures 278x144mm.
