Returning an order or items

To return an order or individual items, please log in to your customer account. There, under "Orders" -> "Return items", you can have the relevant return form and, if applicable, a parcel label for the return created and download them.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can generate the return documents via the following link: Create return

Please enclose the completed return form with your shipment.

If your order has not yet arrived, please use our contact form, where you will find the option "Cancel" in the selection menu. If cancellation is no longer possible, you still have the option of refusing acceptance of the shipment.
