Compatible with MatchMaker and MMX
With MatchMaker, you save weight and space on your handlebars. MatchMaker accommodates Avid brake levers, SRAM® trigger shifters and various RockShox adjustment knobs in the form of a lightweight and neat clamp – making it a dream come true for all those looking to save space on their handlebars worldwide. The system is available in two versions: Matchmaker™ X accommodates RockShox® XLoc and is compatible with XX and X0 brakes. The standard Matchmaker™ is also available and works with any split handlebar clamp and any RockShox® PushLoc system.
Grip Width Adjustment
The fit and ergonomics of the brake lever are a very personal matter. Riders have individual positioning preferences as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. The reach adjustment makes it child’s play to adjust the lever – for maximum control with just one finger.
SwingLink™
When you pull a new SRAM brake lever, you’ll notice the difference straight away. A shorter free travel. Optimised pad engagement. Thanks to the new cam design, less lever travel is required to push the brake pads towards the rotor. That’s all well and good, but perfect braking performance depends on more than just force. You need control. Many braking systems offer a shorter free travel – but at the expense of modulation. SwingLink solves this problem with its special cam shape. When the brake pads make contact with the brake disc, the force is modulated, thus avoiding that ‘jerky’ braking feel. This creates the perfect balance between power and precision.
