The multi-layered, sponge-like EVA foam absorbs shocks and improves the flexibility of the sole for more stability on descents. The SPD positioning in the midfoot area also provides more stability and control on the bike.
The skateboard-style upper with lacing and wide strap over the instep ensures a secure hold even when pedaling aggressively. The asymmetrically raised ankle shaft and the laterally raised sole offer excellent protection against stones and other obstacles.
