The warranty is valid for the life of the frame and is available only to the original owner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, frames purchased prior to May 1, 2015 are covered by the pre-existing warranty for five years from the original date of purchase. In the event of a situation where the warranty does not apply, Santa Cruz Bicycles will offer replacement parts to the original owner at a reduced price for the warranty period described above*

Independently adjustable geometry and progression
The Geo-FlipChip raises or lowers the bottom bracket by 4mm and adjusts the steering angle by 0.3 degrees. The Progression FlipChip changes the progression from 26-29%
Bosch Flow App
The Bosch Flow App connects your bike experience. You can adjust the support levels, load routes, track tours and see the range. With the Range Control Tool, you can select the right support levels to help you reach your destination safely.
Low center of gravity
The integrated 600Wh battery enables a lightweight design and brings agility and riding fun. The optional 250Wh PowerMore range extender gives you the flexibility to increase the range if required.
4 support levels
With the tidy, wireless remote on the handlebars, you can switch between four support levels as standard - Eco, Tour, eMTB and Turbo. You can also customize the different modes in the Bosch Flow app
Inconspicuous display - System Controller
The integrated display on the top tube - the System Controller - shows the battery charge status and the selected support level. The system controller can also be used to switch on, off and over. The exact battery charge in % and range can be called up via the app.
Robust hardware
As is typical for Santa Cruz, the axles and rocker arms are extremely robust, reliable and easy to maintain. Santa Cruz installs high-quality sealed Enduro MAX bearings, which all first-time owners receive as a free replacement for the lifetime of the bike.
Tool Mount
The inconspicuous under the top tube allows tools, tubes or an AirTag to be stored neatly on the bike
Frame stiffness
A. A solid, one-piece rocker arm provides stiffness and protects the shock from lateral loads. One of many details that set the Santa Cruz Vala apart from other four-bar bikes.
B. The bridge between the seat stays provides additional stiffness so that the suspension runs smoothly and does not twist.
Pivot points
The main pivot points run on the legendary, conically clamped axles that Santa Cruz introduced and which are copied by many bicycle brands today. The axles cannot come loose on their own, but are easy to dismantle for maintenance.
Bearings
Four large bearings in the chainstay pivot points and an axle that holds everything securely together (no explosions on the workshop floor). No bearing puller is required to remove the bearings for maintenance. Santa Cruz uses larger, more robust bearings than most other brands. Larger bearings are less susceptible to contamination. So the bike rides better and lasts longer. And as with all bike models, Santa Cruz offers free rear bearings for life to the first owner.
Hardware
A. The geometry flip chips cannot fall out. To adjust them, simply loosen them, turn them around and tighten them again. This is so simple and quick that you can do it on the side of the road with just an Allen key.
B. The threads in the pivot points on the chainstay, seatstay and shock mount are all replaceable. So if you cause damage because you're better at biking than wrenching, it's only a small, solvable problem as the valuable frame remains intact.
C. All screws are designed for 5mm Allen keys, so that a quick screw check is possible at any time. No special tools are required and it's so easy to work on the bike that even the marketing people can do it (if we hide the sharp tools from them).

Der Performance Line CX Motor vereint Kraft, Dynamik, Effizienz und Reichhöhe. 85-600-340: 85Nm max. Drehmoment, 600W max. Motorleistung, 340% max. Unterstützungsfaktor. Kraftvoll bergauf
Das maximale Drehmoment von 85 Nm wirkt sich spürbar auf dein Fahrverhalten beim eMountainbiken aus. Schiebehilfe und Berganfahrhilfe
Bis ans Ziel: Hilfreiche Funktionen nehmen dir das Gewicht deines eMTBs, wenn du in kniffligen Passagen anhalten musst. Mit der Schiebehilfe kannst du dein eMTB leicht schieben, während die Drive Unit die Schiebegeschwindigkeit automatisch an die Steigung und den Untergrund anpasst. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht die Berganfahrhilfe ein kontrolliertes und traktionsstarkes Anfahren, selbst in steilem Gelände. Du kannst entscheiden, ob eShift mit TRP automatisch für dich schalten soll oder du auf abwechslungsreichem Terrain mit schnellen Manövern selbst den Gang wechseln möchtest – einfach, per Knopfdruck. Optionaler PowerMore 250 Range Extender

Das eBike erweitern
Lade mit der eBike Flow App neue Funktionen und Updates für Komponenten wie den Akku oder Motor herunter und sende sie via Bluetooth an dein eBike. So ist es auf dem neusten Stand und du erhältst mehr Möglichkeiten.
Aktivitäten aufzeichnen
Zeichne deine Tour- und Fitnessdaten auf, sobald du losfährst. Bei iPhone-Nutzern synchronisiert das Activity Tracking auf Wunsch zudem alle Daten selbstständig mit Apple Health. Legst du eine Pause ein, stoppt die Aufzeichnung automatisch.

System Controller
Minimalistische, robuste Steuereinheit
Der System Controller ist die auf das Wesentliche reduzierte Steuereinheit für eBikes mit dem smarten System. Die bewusst limitierte Anzahl an Funktionen und Informationen erleichtert den schnellen Überblick und lenkt während der Fahrt nicht ab. Der System Controller ist nahtlos ins Oberrohr integriert – dadurch ist der ohnehin schon robuste Begleiter zusätzlich geschützt, fällt kaum auf und eignet sich perfekt für sportliche Touren und designorientierte eBike-Fans.
LED-Anzeige
LEDs zeigen durch verschiedene Farben den Fahrmodus sowie den Akkuladestand in 10 %-Schritten an.

Mini Remote
Als zusätzliche Bedieneinheit ergänzt die Mini Remote den System Controller, erweitert den Funktionsumfang und ermöglicht die sichere Bedienung. Sie ist per Bluetooth mit dem System Controller verbunden und kann flexibel am Lenker montiert werden. Durch die Tasten in Daumennähe bleiben die Hände jederzeit am Lenker. Mehr Tasten bieten mehr Funktionen: Mit der Mini Remote erhältst du praktische Features wie die smarte Schiebehilfe und du kannst dein eBike-Licht an- oder ausschalten.
Schnell nachrüstbar

Wie alle Bosch PowerTubes ist die PowerTube 600 / 800 perfekt in den Rahmen integriert. Ein ansprechendes eBike-Design und hohe Kapazität – eine Kombination ohne Kompromisse. Für den Akku wurde ein neues, leichteres Gehäuse verwendet. Er kann, sofern der eBike-Hersteller das eBike dafür vorbereitet hat, einfach getauscht werden – für mehr oder auch mal weniger Reichweite.
Zuverlässiger Energielieferant
Hohe Sicherheitsstandards. Enorme Laufleistung, lange Lebensdauer, zuverlässige Handhabung – der Lithium-Ionen-Akku ist mit einem Batterie-Management-System ausgestattet, das die Akkuzellen vor Überlastung schützt.
