Super Uphillreifen war zufrieden bei Matsch und Schlamm nicht zu empfehlen
I had read some pretty bad reviews about this tyre, but thought I'd go for it anyway. It was replacing a High Roller ii that had perished a bit, so not really a fair test, however the rolling resistance was noticeably less straight away. I set it up tubeless on a SRAM rail 50, but I needed to borrow a boost pump (which was annoying as a 29" HRii on my previous bike was so easy). Once up in the hills the grip was perfect on the loose wet ground and really fast on the hard pack. I utterly smashed my Strava times on a fast section (including a top 2 position out of 8,600+ people). I felt much safer on loam but in thick and slippery mud it doesn't feel amazing, but then I have a Minion on the back that may well need replacing. So, for an all year round tyre, I foresee it as being pretty good; I haven't tried snow yet, but it clears mud from the tread but doesn't exactly cut through it.
