Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Product information "PACR Waterproof Lightweight - Rain Jacket"
It is made from lightweight, fully waterproof material that impresses with top values of 15K (15,000mm) for waterproofness and 40K (40,000 g/m²/24h) for breathability. This provides complete protection from rain showers and splashing water when cycling, while wicking away sweat and excess heat.
Tight-fitting cuffs, an elasticated rear hem with silicone gripper and mesh-lined collar offer a high level of comfort and keep out rain and spray. Thanks to the waterproof YKK® Vislon AquaGuard two-way zipper, you can regulate the air circulation in your clothing layers and easily access the jersey pockets underneath without taking off the jacket.
Poor weather conditions often mean poor visibility. That's why reflective elements have been added to the back and sleeves of the jacket to increase your visibility on the road in low light conditions.
The GripGrab PACR waterproof lightweight rain jacket is lightweight, packable and still offers the necessary protection: it is your protective shield against wind and rain.
GripGrab - testing the new winter collection
"There's no such thing as bad weather when cycling, only bad clothing." These were some of the comments I had to listen to from my club colleagues when I started my first winter rides at the beginning of my cycling career. At the time, I thought to myself that it was probably just something they said and that you simply get used to the cold temperatures over time. Then one day, however, I became aware of GripGrab products and I began to understand what the experienced cyclists actually meant by their slogans. The GripGrab accessories convinced me right from the start. Not only the overshoes, but also the gloves and many other items from the Danish brand make riding in winter much more bearable. And not only do they offer fantastic value for money, but the products still look like they did on the first day, even after repeated washing. So I was delighted when I recently heard about the new outerwear collection for winter. Read more
