Every shoe starts with the last. For this reason, Gaerne has developed a range of fits that are precisely tailored to the anatomy of the foot, the pedalling style and the needs of each cyclist. This shoe features the G.COMFORT FIT fit, which is based on the classic Gaerne last, known for its comfort and reliability. It provides a natural, supportive and balanced fit and guarantees immediate comfort and long-lasting support, even on long rides. The microfibre material is strategically perforated and carefully distributed throughout the upper to optimise breathability and improve ventilation, keeping your feet cool and dry throughout the ride. The closure system with the micro-adjustable BOA L6 DIAL C dial ensures a consistent and secure closure without pressure points. The rounded part of the BOA swivel is made of rubber to ensure excellent grip. The COMFORT FIT TONGUE features high-tech padding for greater comfort and breathability. The INTEGRATED ANTI-SLIP HEEL CUP improves foot stability and control for a better riding experience.
EPS TRANSPIRANT INSOLE, provides anatomical support, comfort and pedalling efficiency. The GAERNE EPS CARBON POWER SOLE 8.0 is made of carbon-reinforced nylon for increased stiffness. Its slim profile enables efficient pedalling without energy loss, while the arch shape improves foot stability. Strategically placed vents and internal channels provide excellent ventilation. Non-slip rubber inserts at the front and replaceable PU inserts at the rear ensure safe walking. Thanks to 9 mm extended cleat positioning options and an integrated alignment scale, cyclists can easily adjust their preferred cleat positions. The sole is compatible with all clipless pedals and has a stiffness index of 8.

EPS CARBON POWER SOLE
The EPS Carbon Power sole is made of nylon reinforced with carbon fibres to ensure excellent stiffness. The ultra-thin thickness reduces the distance between the foot and pedal and enables optimum power delivery. Non-slip rubber inserts at the front and rear of the sole ensure stability off the bike.
BOA L6 CLOSURE SYSTEM
The patented "BOA L6®" closure system consists of twist locks with stainless steel cables that enable unrivalled fine adjustment. The combination of these elements allows the rider a perfect fixation of the foot with no pressure points. The absence of Velcro fasteners maximises air circulation in the forefoot.
HEEL CUP
Improved anatomically moulded heel cup made of non-deformable plastic. The heel cup provides a firm hold, is non-slip and stabilises the tendons. Reflective inserts on the back ensure better visibility in low light conditions. Air inlets improve temperature equalisation.
TRANSPIRANT INSOLE
The insole is anatomically moulded for optimum comfort. Micro-pöros for good ventilation. Replaceable.
