The Ultraz Winter Jacket S11 was the most extreme winter jacket in the Assos Endurance range. The S11 EVO is the updated version – with a warmer construction and a less restrictive fit. It remains aerodynamic, without any extra bulk or excess fabric, yet a more elastic construction and subtle adjustments to the collar, shoulders and chest create a freedom of movement that seems almost impossible to achieve with this level of protection. Breathing is easier, reaching into your pockets is easier, and your posture is more relaxed, even when you’re off the bike.
The Ultraz protection starts with a twinDeck front panel made from AIRBLOCK-EVO.888, a storm-resistant softshell, and an inner lining made from HEATER, a waffle-structured insulator that traps micro-pockets of warm air and actively wicks moisture away from the body. The new CORE Medium sleeve fabric combines a thermal layer with a 3L softshell – a low-bulk construction that nevertheless outperforms its predecessor in terms of insulation and elasticity.
