Technologies
Speed Mode – additional light boost
Speed Mode enables a quick light boost from Max Mode. If sufficient cooling is available – for example, from the wind, higher speed or cold air – the lamp increases its light output. Depending on the light, battery and cooling conditions, this function can be used for up to 50 minutes and is indicated by a short flashing sequence. As Speed Mode reduces the runtime, you should switch back to a lower setting as soon as you no longer require the extra output.
Silva Intelligent Light
Silva Intelligent Light technology combines a focused high-beam with a wide low-beam. This gives you visibility at a distance and a good overview at close range.
Airflow Technology
Airflow technology ensures efficient cooling and enables higher light output when cooling conditions allow.
Powerbank function
The 36 Wh battery features a built-in power bank function. You can use the USB-C port to charge your smartphone, watch or cycle computer, for example.
Silva Free – modular headlamp
The modular design of the Silva Free series allows you to swap the lamp unit, battery and headband depending on the activity. The integrated cables in the headband ensure a cable-free design.
Customisable system
The components of the modular Free series can be adapted for a range of activities. Various lamp units, batteries, headbands, as well as helmet, bike and GoPro mounts are available for this purpose. The helmet mount and handlebar mount are sold separately.
Water resistance (IPX5)
The headlamp and battery comply with the IPX5 standard.
