Silva Free is the world’s first modular headlamp range – designed for greater comfort, more light and maximum flexibility. Thanks to Free technology, all cables are integrated into the headband – so annoying cables are a thing of the past. The modular design, featuring interchangeable lamp units, batteries, mounts and headbands, also allows you to customise your headlamp for different activities.

Airflow Technology was developed in collaboration with thermodynamics experts and means that the headlamps are fitted with an optimised aluminium heat sink which, together with the protective plastic casing, ensures maximum ventilation and cooling. The result is a headlamp that provides truly excellent light, whatever the activity, even when air circulation or cooling is less than ideal.
Modular Technology: Less complexity – more flexibility
The modular design of the Free series offers you flexibility and the option to add to or upgrade your headlamp with a different battery, lamp head or mount. The lamp and battery can be easily detached from the headband and attached to a helmet, handlebars or bike frame.

A dual-beam technology used in all Silva headlamps. The combination of a long-range spotlight with a shorter-range spot light results in more comfortable head movement, better control, improved balance, reduced fatigue and increased speed.
