Gute Schaltbremshebel. Anstatt mir ein Gravel zu kaufen hatte ich noch ein älteres Cube Hardtail-MTB mit 3x10 XT rumstehen dass ich kaum fuhr und dachte mir, wieso nicht auf eine 1x11 und Dropbars umbauen? Gesagt getan und ich hab mich für die Cues-Gruppe entschieden, womit ich schon letztes Jahr ein altes 26" Stahl-MTB aufgemotzt habe (von 3x6 auf 1x10), RD-U6000 Schaltwerk, 11-Gang Kassette und eine Dub-Kurbel (ist von Evosid mit Dub-Achsstandard und entsprechendem Innenlager) mit 38 Zähnen. Die vorhandenen Postmount-Bremssättel (vorne BR-M8120 mit 180mm Ice-Tech Freeza SM-MT800, hinten BR-M395 mit 160mm SM-RT30) habe ich beibehalten, allerdings eben neue Bremsleitung von Jagwire verwendet, offiziell sagt Shimano nichts zur Kompatibilität hydraulischer Dropbar-Bremshebel mit solchen Bremssätteln, aber sie funktionieren ohne Probleme, musste diese allerdings mehrfach entlüften und befüllen (das hab ich aber auch zum ersten Mal gemacht). Bei der Bremsleitung muss man, sofern nicht schon vorhanden nur so diesen Pin reindrücken, die Olive ist bereits im Bremshebel, also den Schlauch weit genug reinschieben und dann die Schraube festziehen. Griffweiteneinstellung gibts auch, schaltet sauber (muss es aber nochmal ein bisschen einstellen), gerne wieder. Und es war eben immer so ein Problem mit Dropbar-Schaltbremshebeln und MTB-Schaltwerken etc. da diese oft unterschiedliche Zugraten/Übersetzungen hatten und man so für z.B. Kassetten mit größeren Ritzeln nicht einfach ein MTB-Schaltwerk mit diesen Hebeln kombinieren konnte (gibt Adapter wie von Wolftooth, aber damit kam ich dann nicht mehr in die höchsten Gänge mit 12/11 Zähnen), bei elektronischen wie Di2/AXS gehts natürlich nun auch ohne Probleme, mit Cues hat man aber eben nun auch eine übergreifende Gruppe mit mechanischer Schaltung geschaffen, ein Traum wärs jetzt noch diese Hebel ein paar Jahre für mech. Bremsen gibt, um alte Rennräder ein bisschen aufzumotzen.
