Technologies
Easy access to the shock
On the Voltage, accessing the patented integrated shock is easier than ever. Simply press the button, remove the cover… and you’re done. From here, adjusting the rebound, air pressure and so on is just a push of a button away. When you’re finished, simply replace the cover until you hear a click, and you’re good to go.
External SAG indicator
Adjusting sag and checking travel has never been easier than with the Voltage. An external indicator on the link makes it easier for the rider to set sag and determine how much travel is being used.
Float X Nude suspension
The Voltage Tuned model features NUDE suspension technology with the FOX Float X NUDE shock, paired with a fork that offers greater adjustability. When you’re riding uphill to really enjoy the ride down, you want a shock that delivers full performance on the descent, but also one that doesn’t slow you down when you have to ride back up. That’s where the Float-X NUDE comes in.
TQ HPR60 motor
TQ is a German company founded in 1994 that specialises in electrical components for a range of industries. The latest generation of TQ’s Harmonic Pin Ring gearbox (HPR) – the HPR60 – offers an unrivalled weight-to-torque ratio of 60 Nm at 1,910 g. Thanks to TQ, the size of the drive unit can be reduced whilst simultaneously increasing the system’s precision. The result is a lighter bike, better integration and reduced kickback, creating a more natural pedalling feel. TQ HPR 360 Wh battery
The Voltage features an internal 360 Wh battery, which can be supplemented by an external 160 Wh range extender (optional). Thanks to TQ’s expertise in electronics, the HPR360 battery, in combination with the range extender, guarantees maximum performance throughout until it is fully discharged. TQ uses specialised battery cells to ensure that both the battery and the range extender continue to operate at full power, even when the battery reaches a low charge level. The system can be charged using the range extender and the smart charger, with the state of charge of the main battery being prioritised first, so you never lose connection whilst riding.
TQ HPR Range Extender (available as an option)
The Voltage features an internal 360 Wh battery, which can be supplemented by an external 160 Wh range extender. The range extender can be easily attached to the front bottle cage using the quick-release mounting system developed exclusively by SCOTT, and features a slim design and low weight, meaning it has minimal impact on the bike’s handling.

Dual water bottle
Unlike most full-suspension e-bikes, with the Voltage you don’t have to choose between a range extender and a water bottle – in other words, between longer rides and staying hydrated. Thanks to the integrated shock absorber, there’s space for both an external battery and water. An optional slide-lock mounting system also allows you to switch easily between the seat-tube water bottle and the range extender, so that both can be carried with ease on longer rides.
Clearance
With the TQ motor, we can maintain a standard Q-factor with a 55 mm chainline. This opens up some interesting possibilities for us. Firstly, we can guarantee greater tyre clearance without compromising stiffness – which is essential for power transfer. Secondly, you have exactly the same riding position and pedal width as on a standard bike.

At the heart of the system is the 1,910 g HPR60 drive unit, featuring patented Harmonic Pin-Ring technology. Combined with the 360 Wh battery, the fully integrated 2-inch display and the minimalist remote unit, this creates the lightest e-bike system in its class, weighing just 4,000 g in total. The entire system is designed to maximise your riding enjoyment without drawing attention to itself.
Technology for the most natural riding experience
The Harmonic Pin-Ring gearbox, or ‘HPR’ for short, is the result of TQ’s decades of experience in developing electric motors. A drive system used in robots, satellites and even Mars rovers. By further developing the patented Harmonic Pin-Ring technology, a drive gearbox has been designed that enables a seamlessly integrated, silent e-bike system.
Conventional mid-drive e-bike motors consist of an electric motor and a combination of gears and planetary gearboxes, which makes them bulky, heavy and noisy. At the same time, more moving parts also mean more things that can break and act as sources of noise.
Thanks to the revolutionary HPR gearbox, TQ is able to build a lightweight and extremely compact motor design around the bottom bracket, consisting of just a few individual parts and making the motor virtually invisible. By eliminating additional gears – which cause friction, noise, wear and potential sources of failure – the drive unit has been made even more efficient. The result is e-bikes that sound, look and ride just like conventional bikes – and are ultimately better! It’s technology you can feel. It’s Advanced, Naturally!

Remote
With the handy REMOTE, you have full control over the HPR50 system without having to take your hands off the handlebars. It’s intuitive and easy to use, and you can switch between three assistance modes as well as the information displayed. Should the going get particularly steep, Walk Mode will support you over the final metres to the summit.
Battery
The BATTERY, with a capacity of 360 Wh, was specially developed for the HPR50 Drive Unit and combines maximum efficiency with a compact design. Thanks to its low weight of just 1,830 g, the dynamics and appearance of a conventional bicycle are retained.
Range Extender (available as an optional extra)
About the size of a 500 ml water bottle, the 900 g RANGE EXTENDER fits elegantly into the frame of your e-bike and fits into any standard bottle cage. Thanks to the Dual Charge Port, it can be charged alongside the battery without having to be removed from the frame first. With a capacity of 160 Wh, it has enough power to turn your after-work laps into epic all-day rides.
