Nachdem ich (Pendler) letzen Winter einen Sturz bei Glatteis hatte habe ich mir den Schwalbe Winter gekauft. Heute hatte ich die Gelegenheit seine Stärken voll auszukosten. Endlich mal den Autofahrern überlegen zu sein, die Gelegenheit hat man als Radfahrer selten. Heute hat es Schneeregen gegeben der gefrohren ist und eine Eisschicht bildete. Alle Autofahrer wurden plötzlich langsamer, doch mit den Spikereifen bin ich mit dem Rad genauso weiter gefahren als wäre die Srtaße trocken. Keinerlei unsicherheit oder das Gefühl wegzurutschen - Geil! Man kann sich den Marathon Winter eigentlich sparen weil dieser Reifen mit 100 Spikes bei normaler Fahrweise völlig ausreicht. Auch bei trockener Straße ist der Reifen gut zu fahren, er macht zwar logischerweise Geräusche aber die sind nicht nervend. Klare Kaufempfehlung für Winterfahrer!
