With the coaster brake and the V-brake at the front, the bike offers two effective brakes that guarantee maximum safety. The height-adjustable handlebars and saddle allow individual adaptation to your child's growth and ensure many years of use.
A specially developed children's saddle ensures optimum seating comfort, while the wide handlebars enable optimum control and safe steering behavior. The low entry and upright sitting position make it easier to get on and off the bike and promote an ergonomic riding position.

CHILD-FRIENDLY ERGONOMICS - FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION
Children have a smaller field of vision than adults, i.e. they can only see their surroundings from a limited angle. This restriction harbors dangers, especially in areas close to traffic. For this reason, it is particularly important that children sit as upright as possible on the bike. Only a relaxed, upright posture enables children to perceive their surroundings optimally when riding a bicycle and thus provides the basis for safe riding behavior. PUKY® takes into account sensible adjustment ranges for the individual growth phases and thus ensures a sustainable service life. Since, unlike adults, children's center of gravity is in the upper half of the body, it is also particularly important to design the frame geometry in such a way that the children's bike has particularly balanced handling characteristics. The child-friendly positioning of the bottom bracket and the optimum distance between the saddle and handlebars are further important factors for a child-friendly frame geometry.
PANNIER RACK
We have equipped all our YOUKE models with a sturdy pannier rack to securely fasten and transport smaller loads. ATTENTION: Even if it seems very tempting to transport another person on the luggage carrier, this is strictly prohibited.
STANDARD AND CHILD-FRIENDLY V-BRAKE
Puky uses standard and child-friendly V-brakes in the CYKE models. These ensure a good braking effect and guarantee an optimum dosage of braking force so that the rider comes to a safe stop. In contrast to conventional V-brakes, falls caused by excessive, abrupt braking power are avoided.
