Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

SmartEVO COMPOUND
The latest and most advanced compound formula for road use is the result of Pirelli's long motorsport experience and collaboration with the Pro Teams of the World Tour. The new SmartEVO compound is based on three different polymers, each offering the best performance in a perfect ratio in different areas. The unique composition of the polymers with their "smart" properties are the core elements of the SmartEVO compound, which provides better grip and less rolling resistance in all weather conditions. The SmartEVO compound is a high-performance formula designed for modern road cycling, from daily training to World Tour racing. The SmartEVO compound is an exclusive feature of the P Zero range.
Tubeless Ready
Tubeless Ready tires are designed for maximum compatibility and sealing with tubeless rims, as well as easy installation in tubeless configurations.
SPEEDCORE
The highest-performing tubeless-ready road casing in our range, with a unique design that adds an aramid band within the tyre’s rubber layer. This new structure adds strength and support to the tyre casing but retains a supple feel for minimal rolling resistance and maximum grip, compared to a tyre with a full bead-to-bead aramid construction. The tyre also features a 120tpi nylon casing for added puncture protection and maximum security.
New TLR carcass technology with multiple reinforcement layers to provide superior puncture protection despite lightweight construction. For incredibly high performance all-rounders with a premium weight to puncture protection ratio.

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Feels noticeably stiffer than Conti 5000, but this gives it better stability in cross winds. On wide rims it does not feel harsh, but on narrow ones it is definitely less comfortable than Conti. Durability is excellent: 9000km and there is hardly any flattening in the center of the tire. My guess is that it would manage 20,000km. A real pain to put on wide rims, use plastic tools on carbon wheels to avoid damage.

Good tyre in general, very fast, very comfortable, good puncture resistant but with 2 things that I didn't like and that make me discard it: 1. With only 2,800km my rear tyre was completely square, Pirelli should make a much harder compound in the centre. (Weight 85kg) 2. Weight announced on the cardboard for 30mm: 310 grams. Real weight 343gr and 353gr. I don't believe that Pirelli is not aware of the difference between the advertised weight and the real weight

Bought 40mm model. Extremely tight fit on 23mm Syncros gravel rims! Absolutely impossible to fit by hand (without a tire lever). Should have zero issues tubeless, IF you manage to get these on :D

Klare Empfehlung!

Just put this new version of the P Zero their it paces in the mountains of North Wales. Yes they are faster , and yes they stand up to some very bad roads that local normally use gravel tires for! They will be my choice for long Audax and Ultras this year.
