The NEWMEN EVOLUTION 318.4 stem with green logo has the same sleek and modern design as the NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.4 stem. Thanks to the 6061 aluminium alloy and the steel bolts, the EVOLUTION 318.4 stem is just as stiff, stable and durable as its big brother (without original packaging).

After more than 15 years without any real innovation in stem design and manufacturing, we have succeeded in setting a new benchmark for stems with a new design and a novel manufacturing technique. The NEWMEN EVOLUTION 318.4 is the world’s lightest 3D-forged oversize stem in series production.
3D stem forging was pioneered around 2001. The first super-light stems appeared very quickly. For years, these set the benchmark in terms of weight. Following the introduction of the 31.8mm handlebar clamp size and the adoption of this design for stems (a round stem tube no longer matches current frame designs), the weight of these stems has unfortunately also shot up.
With the NEWMEN EVOLUTION 318.4, however, we have now succeeded in creating a stem with a contemporary design and low weight. In addition to its low weight and minimalist design, it also impresses with its stiffness, stability and durability.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all road handlebars are compatible with the NEWMEN EVOLUTION 318.4 stem.
