Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Product information "EVO Zip Tie - Front Fender"
The Mudhugger EVO Zip-Tie was introduced in 2021 and developed with the help of riders from the DH World Cup and EWS. It was designed based on the current FOX 36/38 and RockShox ZEB models to address the problem of collision between the mudguard and fork crown at full compression that many other mudguards have. It is also stiffer and offers more tire clearance than the original design. It is stable enough for DH use at the highest level. The length is optimized so that the mudguard is only as long as necessary to ensure the best protection, a slightly indicated spoiler improves splash protection. The rear length is 330 mm, the front 185 mm.
The Mudhugger Zip-Tie is compatible with most suspension forks, but in some cases requires minor modifications. For example, to mount the EVO on a Manitou Mezza or similar models with reverse arch (rear bridge), four small holes must be drilled to allow attachment to the bridge. Please refer to the compatibility chart and contact us if in doubt if the fork you are looking for is not yet listed.
Although fastening with cable ties is ideal for permanent mounting, it is also possible to mount the mudguard using an optional Velcro fitting kit so that it can be easily removed and refitted. This also saves a little plastic waste.

Excellent and silent mud guard.

Sieht super aus, passt aber nicht richtig mit SID 35 Gabel und 2.4 Reifen.
Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars
Passt gut an meine FOx 36. Mit ca. 2 cm mehr Auszug nach hinten wäre der Schutz noch besser.
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
An eine Fox 32 passt das Teil nicht wirklich. Kann man zwar irgendwie ranfriemeln, sitzt aber sehr eng über dem Reifen.
