Magura Gustav Elite - Extreme braking power with 12/19 mm piston technology
The Magura Gustav Elite was designed for heavy E-MTBs and demanding gravity applications where thermal reserves are crucial. Large pistons and a solid, one-piece forged brake calliper ensure a constant pressure point and sensitive modulation even under extreme loads. The increased pad volume and the extra-strong disc significantly extend service intervals and increase durability in tough conditions. With Carbotecture levers, tool-friendly installation via EASY LINK and tidy cockpit integration, it offers a performance-orientated solution with practical ease of maintenance.

- Maximum power for heavy bikes: Oversized, one-piece forged brake callipers and 2.5 mm brake discs ensure extreme heat stability (approved up to 250 kg) and 194 % pad wear volume compared to the MT A2.
- Precise modulation & defined pressure point: Enlarged pistons (12 mm / 19 mm) reduce the system pressure - for less power loss and sensitive modulation at benchmark level.
- Long maintenance intervals: 194 % more pad volume and 2.5 mm discs with 2.1 mm wear limit double the time until the next maintenance.
- Innovative mounting & ergonomics: Carbotecture lever with textured surface for optimum grip; MAGURA EASY LINK for quick installation and Carbotecture IG clamp with Shiftmix IG compatibility.
