The MX333 is the evolution of the mountain bike performance shoe and combines comfort, efficiency and modern design in a no-compromise race model. Lake uses over 40 years of experience to integrate advanced technologies such as a Carbitex arch support panel and a thermoformable Thermaform carbon fibre heel cap. The result is a particularly secure fit with high stability and optimum power transmission on technical trails.
High-performance MTB shoe for maximum control: the MX333 from Lake
The MX333 has a slightly narrower toe box, a narrower heel and less overall volume than the Sport last. The special MX Race last was developed for cross-country mountain bike racing and offers a close-fitting "second skin" fit for maximum control at high cadences and demanding off-road use.
The 100% carbon fibre sole ensures extreme stiffness and efficient power transmission. It is complemented by a robust rubber sole with an off-road profile for secure grip on a wide variety of terrain. Durable TPU studs also allow toe spikes to be fitted for even more traction on technical terrain. When it comes to the upper material, you have the choice between lightweight Clarino microfibre or particularly hard-wearing Helcor leather. Both versions offer a Carbitex support panel, temperature-regulating Outlast lining and a thermoformable carbon fibre heel cap for stable support and high comfort on long and intensive rides.
The integrated BOA® Fit System with Li2 twist locks enables precise micro-adjustment in both directions and ensures a customised fit. The system is complemented by a soft leather tongue that distributes pressure evenly and increases comfort.
