The MX21G combines a timeless look with modern gravel performance and a high level of comfort. Based on the proven Lake Competition last and inspired by the MX238 Gravel, the shoe is aimed at riders who prefer the classic style and customisability of a lacing system.
The padded one-piece upper material moulds to the foot like a second skin and, together with the internal heel lining, ensures a secure hold on technical gravel trails. The combination of a 100% carbon fibre sole and the Mountain Race X real rubber sole enables direct power transmission and reliable grip on a wide variety of terrain. The MX21G has a larger toe box and a narrower heel than the Comfort last and offers slightly more volume than the Sport last. This creates a stable yet comfortable fit for performance-orientated riding and long gravel adventures. Sufficient space in the forefoot area prevents pressure points when walking or on hike-a-bike passages.
The Clarino microfibre upper impresses with its low weight, high durability and pleasant comfort. The integrated rubber toe protection provides additional protection for the shoe on off-road terrain. Thanks to the durable and replaceable laces, the fit can be individually and evenly adjusted, resulting in a particularly natural and secure fit.
