The redesigned E-Pact elbow pads are designed for demanding use and offer reliable protection for bike park laps, enduro races and aggressive trail riding. Based on years of feedback from ION athletes, the new E-Pact is now fitted with the advanced RE ZRO Level 2 protector – made from biodegradable RE ZRO material, exceptionally flexible and certified for high impact absorption. The shape of the protector was developed jointly by ION and SQlab to follow the body’s natural movement on the bike.
Combined with an ergonomic fit, developed using SQlab’s expertise, the elbow pad stays securely in place without restricting freedom of movement. The hot-melt-reinforced, abrasion-resistant outer shell protects against hard knocks and scratches, whilst a Space Mesh panel in the crook of the arm ensures high breathability and pleasant cooling.

Magma Shield Overlay
A thin, heat-sealed TPE overlay on the front of the pad that significantly increases abrasion resistance without compromising the breathability of the construction. Designed for robust performance exactly where the pad comes into contact – lightweight, flexible and durable.
SQlab Sizing Concept
The shape of the protector follows the body’s natural movement. Combined with an ergonomic fit, developed using SQlab’s expertise, the protector stays securely in place without restricting freedom of movement.
