Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "PACR - Rain Jacket"
The GripGrab PACR Emergency rain jacket is for those who want to play it safe without carrying too much. It is designed for when conditions change unexpectedly during the ride. It offers temporary protection from wind and rain on descents, sudden showers or longer stops - and is packed away again as soon as the weather improves.
Made from a single 2.5-layer polyamide outer layer with a PU-based membrane, the jacket is lightweight and packs down to a minimum. A water column of 10,000 mm and a PFC-free DWR finish are complemented by fully taped seams and a waterproof YKK 2-way front zip. Breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24h supports moisture transport.
The race fit provides a close-fitting silhouette that limits excess material. Elasticated cuffs and a standard height collar provide a streamlined race jacket profile. The 2-way front zip allows access to jersey pockets underneath. The jacket has no pockets and no packing system of its own. Instead, thanks to its 120 g weight (size medium), it can be easily folded up and stowed in a jersey pocket.
Reflective elements on the shoulders and back increase visibility in poor light conditions. As an emergency layer, the jacket is not intended for heavy daily use. Prolonged storage in the folded state should be avoided in order to protect the material and taped seams.
