Technologies
In-Mould
In the In-Mold construction process, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single operation whilst the latter is being foamed. This makes the helmet even more durable without adding any extra weight. This production process also allows for significantly better ventilation systems and vents to be moulded. In-Mould helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and feature significantly better ventilation systems.
Roc Loc Jr.™
Roc Loc Jr. is an easy-to-adjust system with a dial, specially adapted for children’s smaller heads. The system was developed using anatomical data gathered over many years of research to achieve the best possible safe and comfortable fit. A large rubberised dial makes it easy for adults to adjust the helmet to the correct size, so that the little ones can set off on their ride in no time.
