Product information "Helios Spherical - Road Bike Helmet"

At the heart of the extraordinary design and performance of the Helios™ is the Spherical technology, which utilises the unique ball joint technology from MIPS®, the market leader in head and brain protection. Spherical technology allows the outer shell of the helmet to rotate around the inner shell in the event of a fall. At the same time, the progressive layering system of the two shells ensures comprehensive protection and performance.

In addition to improved head protection, the 24 ventilation openings of the Helios™ ensure optimum ventilation, which is further improved by the patented Roc Loc 5 Air Fit system. The antimicrobial Ionic+ pads not only have the highest antimicrobial sweat absorption properties, but also ensure maximum comfort. The Helios™ is perfect for all road and gravel adventures.

A revised version of the MIPS Brain Protection System that eliminates the plastic sliding surface of the original MIPS design.

Roc Loc® 5+ Air
In addition to the optimised air circulation of the Roc Loc Air system, vertical positioning can also be improved by asymmetrical adjustment at the contact points.

In-Mould
With the In-Mould construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single step during the foaming process. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to mould significantly better ventilation systems and ventilation openings. Compared to traditional helmets, in-mould helmets are therefore lighter and have significantly better ventilation systems.
