The DHX2 takes this feeling and enhances it with sophisticated progressive damping, a huge overall adjustment range and extremely low-friction internal components, allowing you to enjoy the full ‘magic carpet’ experience of a race-spec shock. ‘Factory’ says it all – packed with features and designed to exceed the demands of factory-level riders.

- Indexed spring preload plate prevents loosening at minimal spring preload
- Main piston with increased oil flow
- MCU bumper for improved end-stroke progression
- High-speed compression and high-speed rebound, each with 8 clicks; the number of clicks is now identical across all GRIP2 forks and X2 shock absorbers
- Reduced friction
- High-speed rebound now features VVC (Variable Valve Control)
- Linear damping characteristics for better fine-tuning and greater control during rapid successive impacts
- An external steel damping cylinder, combined with internal ribs within the damper, further reinforces the structure, thereby ensuring better control of oil flow
- Extremely low-friction and durable surfaces
- Separate oil circuit for ‘Firm’ mode – higher pedal platform compared to the previous model
- Shorter reservoir for greater frame compatibility
