It also reduces slippage as more power is transferred between wheel and home trainer. This translates to improved performances.

The weight of the ahtlete directly rests on the home trainer, reproducing the mechanisms of pedaling on the road. Durchdachte Konstruktion, stabiler Aufbau, einfache Montage. Solides Trainingsgerät für ein Trekking-Fahrrad (Rohloff-Schaltung), die Leisungsstufen sind einfach über die Nabenschaltung zu ändern/anzupassen. Von einer "Geräuschlosigkeit" während des Betriebes kann aber nicht die Rede sein, was jedoch auch vom Schallschluckvermögen und Größe des Raumes abhängt. Empfehlenswert, und bei Bike-Discount mit unschlagbarem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angeboten.
Funktioniert, solide Gebaut.. Preis finde ich leider etwas zu hoch!
I am very happy with my purchase. It is very well designed and strong construction. Easy to setup and the most exciting is the very low noice level that is produced. My opinion is that the trainer is VFM, if your needs are in this area. It will cover your in every way.
Hab diesen Rollentrainer zusammen mit dem passenden Reifen erhalten und ihn nun 3x 50 Minuten gefahren. Die Lautstärke ist zusammen mit dem Elite Indoor Reifen okay. Wohne im Erdgeschoss und meinen Nachbarn drüber/daneben meinten sobald man normal Radio anhat , hört man mich gar nicht mehr ;) Von Daher kann ich theoretisch problemlos zwischen 8 und 22 Uhr ein Stündle training einlegen wann immer es mir passt. Aufbau ist Simpel und das ganze Gerät scheint mir doch relativ solide. 1 Stern Abzug , weil als ich mal ordentlich Druck gegeben habe ~ 500 Watt fing er plötzlich an ganz komische quietsch/schleif Geräusche zu machen.... das hab ich dann lieber sein lassen. Ansonsten aber für meine Zwecke von 300 Watt intervallen abwechselnd mit gemütlichem Spinning bei 100TF eine günstige Hilfe meine Form auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder im Winter zu halten.

The best trainer for interval training. It's supported via virtual power from all popular training apps like Zwift, TR, Sufferfest, Golden Cheetah and etc. You've just need a speed sensor and usb ant+ stick. It is very quite and it is the best choce if you live in apartment.
All I can say is that this trainer is unbelievably quiet
Leider etwas lauter, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Im Erdgeschoss kein Problem. Für einen eventuellen Untermieter aber möglicherweise schon Lärmbelästigung.
Отличный тренажёр! Реальные ощущения от езды, чем быстрее крутишь, тем тяжелее становиться. Очень тихий, семья спит в соседней комнате и не просыпается, с прежним тренажером жена выгоняла из дома. К тренажеру прикупил красный коврик Elite и потник на раму. Все вместе смотрится очень эстетично. Рекомендую!
