The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

CushCore is an engineered foam insert that mounts inside a mountain bike tire. It divides the inner volume of the tire in half, with air underneath the tread and the CushCore insert next to the rim. This system is designed to be used with tubeless-ready or tubeless converted mountain bike rims and tires. CushCore is compatible with tubeless tire sealants.

Das ist wirklich eine gute Erfindung – hab mir mein letztes Laufrad zerdellt. Neues, diesmal die Dinger verbaut – selbe Strecke, genau so aggressiv – nichts passiert. Wirklich genial! Einbau war auch intuitiv – Game Changer!!!

Sensationell, keine Felgenschäden mehr. Trotz intensiver DH Penetration. Montage, wenn man sich an die offiziellen Anleitung hält, ca 15. Minuten je Reifen. Mehr nicht. Wichtig: Reifenmontage-Paste oder etwas Reifen-Dichtmittel als Gleitmittel verwenden, dann rutscht es wesentlich besser.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Durchschlagschutz auf dem Markt. Außerdem verbessert CushCore die Kurveneigenschaften des Rades merklich. Verändert das Radfahren für mich fundamental, würde nicht mehr ohne fahren wollen. Für eher vorsichtige/langsame Fahrer wahrscheinlich etwas drüber

Aufwendig zu installieren, wenn man die Tricks raus hat hält sich der Aufwand allerdings in grenzen. Fährt sich sehr angenehm und die Funktion gegen Platten und kaputte Felgen ist genial. Für agressive Fahrer fürs Hinterrad ein muss.

genial! ich habe das system an meinem ebike verbaut weil ich desöfteren durschschläge hatte oder auch mal den reifen komplett von der felge gezogen habe. seit der installation keine probleme mehr ! war zwar ein bisschen aufwendig aber hat sich auf jeden fall gelohnt! punktabzug für die aufwendige installation
