Cube Litening AIR C:68X Race bluetwister´n´prizm
Product information "Litening AIR C:68X Race bluetwister´n´prizm"
A bike that reduces wind resistance is great, but a race bike should also – of course – be as light as possible. So, with the Litening AIR, working with pro peloton riders led to the development of a frame from premium C:68X® carbon that combines the best of both worlds. At around 799g for a mid-sized frame it's svelte enough to easily build a UCI-compliant 7.1kg bike, but – with details like Full Internal Cable Routing, careful tube profiles and the IC Aero One-Piece Carbon Cockpit – it's still slippery through the air, incredibly good at translating pedalling into forward progress, and comfortable for long days in the saddle. The overall weight saving on a classic road bike is a difference you can clearly feel – and see in your results!

Technologies
IC Aero Cockpit
Slim, lightweight and designed with aerodynamics in mind: the one-piece carbon IC Aero Cockpit combines a 125 mm drop and 72 mm reach with a -10° rise, 5° front sweep, 6° flare and 2° outsweep. The result is a balanced combination of aerodynamic performance, precise control and high comfort – ideal for fast races and demanding training sessions.
C:68X® Carbon Fibre Technology
The C:68X® carbon material is based on an optimally balanced combination of high-quality carbon fibres and resin-infused nanoparticles. The precise Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing process enables a construction without bonded sleeves or inserts. The result is an exceptionally light, stiff and durable carbon chassis with outstanding performance characteristics.
Integrated seatpost clamp
With its minimalist design, the integrated seatpost clamp blends harmoniously into the frame’s clean lines. At the same time, the space-saving design contributes to weight optimisation. This solution thus combines a clean aesthetic with a functional and performance-oriented design.
Full internal cable routing
Full internal cable routing channels all brake and gear cables entirely within the frame and handlebars. This creates a particularly clean line without any unsightly cable clutter. Internal cable routing also improves aerodynamics, protects the cables from external influences and can reduce maintenance requirements.
Road Climbing Geometry
The Road Climbing Geometry is designed for efficient propulsion and agile handling on the mountain. Short, stiff chainstays ensure direct power transfer, whilst the precise handling enables fast and controlled line choice. This means that even on steep climbs, every ounce of effort is efficiently converted into forward momentum.
UCI-compliant
The design, conceived for racing use, complies with current UCI regulations. This makes the bike ideal for ambitious racers who value a regulation-compliant combination of low weight, high stiffness and performance-oriented construction.
Cycle computer mount
The integrated, discreet cycle computer mount allows for optimal positioning of the cycle computer and ensures a clean cockpit look. Training and performance data remain clearly visible at all times whilst riding. At the same time, the sturdy construction provides a secure hold and reliable protection for the cycle computer.
Advanced Twin Mold
The Advanced Twin Mold process used for C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames employs two precision moulds. The first mould ensures an exact lay-up, whilst the inner core reliably holds every single carbon fibre in its intended position during curing. This allows the fibre density to be specifically tailored to high-stress nodes. The result is an exceptionally light and rigid chassis with a carbon structure optimally adapted to the respective loads.
