Cube Litening AERO C:68X Race teamline
Product information "Litening AERO C:68X Race teamline"
Every second matters, whether racing to win or just chasing a new personal best. And that's exactly what the Litening AERO C:68X Race was designed for – a UCI-compliant race bike built around a frame and fork that's now 150g lighter and up to 6 watts faster than before. A Shimano Ultegra crankset with a built-in 4iiii dual-sided power meter allows performance to be monitored. The Newmen Streem Allround 49/54 wheels are shod with 28mm Schwalbe Pro One Aero tyres. Shimano's Ultegra Di2 2x12 gears are wide-ranging and incredibly reliable. And matching Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes allow you to go even faster, because braking later is possible. More seconds clawed back. Closer to that podium...

FRAME CUBE Litening AERO C:68X Race
Here at CUBE, a challenge means building a race bike that's as aero as possible within UCI rules, exactly the kind of thing that drives the development of the Litening AERO frame. Built with premium C:68X® carbon material and designed with extensive use of Computer Fluid Dynamics and real-world wind tunnel testing, it's now lighter and faster than ever. Around 150g lighter than before for frame and fork, to be precise. And reduced drag by up to 6 watts. Those are differences you can see in your results. With a CUBE IC Aero Max Cockpit, redesigned aero seatpost, clearance for up to 34mm tyres, a future-proof UDH rear end and full compatibility with all CUBE one-piece cockpits, it's got everything needed to race, faster.

Technologies
Flex seatpost
The Flex seatpost noticeably reduces vibrations and bumps, offering around 10% more comfort than a conventional seatpost. At the same time, its aero profile ensures optimum efficiency.
C:68X® Carbon Fibre Technology
C:68X® carbon technology combines extensive expertise in carbon frame construction with an optimal blend of carbon fibres and resin-infused nanoparticles. Thanks to the precise Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing process, there is no need for bonded sleeves or inserts. The result: an exceptionally light, stiff and durable chassis.
Integrated seatpost clamp
With its minimalist design, the integrated seatpost clamp blends seamlessly into the understated frame design whilst saving a few grams in weight. The result is a clean look combined with optimised performance.
Full internal cable routing
With full internal cable routing, all cables run inside the frame and handlebars. This ensures a clean look and uninterrupted lines, improves aerodynamics and protects the cables from damage. At the same time, it reduces the need for maintenance.
UCI-compliant
All road bikes designed for racing fully comply with UCI guidelines in terms of design and construction. This means they are designed for competition use in accordance with the rules, allowing riders to focus fully on achieving maximum performance.
Aero-Optimised Geometry
Extensive wind tunnel testing, complex CFD analyses and feedback from athletes form the basis of Aero Optimised Geometry. It reduces drag and combines high speed with stable yet agile handling.
Cycle computer mount
The clean, unobtrusive mount holds the cycle computer securely and firmly in place on the bike. This ensures that performance data remains visible at all times and can be reliably recorded and accessed.
UDH
The Universal Derailleur Hanger allows for easy replacement of the derailleur hanger and, as a standardised component, is compatible with all drivetrains. In the event of hard impacts to the rear derailleur, the derailleur hanger can move backwards, thereby protecting against chain jams. At the same time, it optimises gear changes.
Advanced Twin Mold
The Advanced Twin Mold process utilises two precision moulds. The first ensures an exact lay-up, whilst the inner core holds each individual fibre in its intended position during curing. The result is a particularly lightweight and stable chassis with a specifically tailored fibre density at high-stress nodes.
