The ContiTube bicycle tube program makes it easier for you to find the ideal tube for your cycling demands. The user-friendly tube system is suitable for any size, length, design, type of valve and perfect for any tire dimension and riding occasion. Varying tube types can affect your tires’ handling characteristics:
- The Standard tube (in the categories Race, Tour and MTB), available in all dimensions is the best choice for everyday cycling.
- Light & Supersonic varieties give racers the option of lower rotating weight, therefore increasing speed. The lightweight tubes have a lower thickness and so it is imperative that inflation pressures are maintained to prevent the risk of pinch flats.
- For worry free cycling, the Hermetic Plus tube is recommended. Its improved formula is lighter and more compact, which renders it very puncture resistant in the presence of higher butyl amounts and greater wall thickness. Since it retains air longer, it’s a favourite among bicycle rental agencies.
- The Freeride and Downhill tubes are especially strong and bulky. Their extra wall thickness effectively protects against punctures.

No problems so far.
Bis dato ohne Panne. Leicht zu montieren
Bin kein großer Freund der Rennradreifen von Conti. Aber auf diesen Schlauch lasse ich nichts kommen! Mein absoluter Favorit in Bezug auf Gewicht und Haltbarkeit. Mit dem 80'er Ventil perfekt für Aero-Laufräder. So kann man sich die Ventilverlängerungen sparen.
Meistens habe ich mit diesen Schläuchen keine Probleme. Manchmal reissen sie leider an der Verbindungsstelle (Klebenaht) auf. Kaufe sie trotzdem, da ich keine besseren kenne.

Eine Schlauch war defekt hatte ich wohl Pech gehabt sonst sind die gut.

Laufen super und lange im GP4000SII. Nach mehr als 3000 km noch keinen Platten.
Die Dinger halten bei mir im Schnitt so an die 1500km (Stadt).

Robuster und doch nicht zu schwerer Schlauch für Rennräder, der Allround-Klassiker. Weniger Rollwiderstand mit der Light Version, aber dann weniger Pannenschutz.

Hervorragend
Durchschnittsschläuche,sind O.K.
Used with GP 4 Season 28mm and now GP4000 S II 25mm. Fairly easy to fit with both tyres. I've run them between 5°c and 35°c on mainly roads, occasional forest bike tracks - including some Autumn rides with a good amount of forest junk on the track. No problems so far... they're light and compact enough to fit into an average sized Saddle Bag with room to spare for tools, phone etc. Only small complaint : they do need pumping up after every couple of rides / one big ride - if you're a bit of a geek like me about your psi ;-) All in all : a solid, does the job road tube.
