Easy to use
Save battery power and extend your range: if you exceed 25 km/h whilst riding, the electric motor and gearbox automatically disengage – the e-bike then rides very smoothly thanks to minimal pedalling resistance. As the Cargo Line is also compatible with short pedal cranks, it helps prevent the bike from bottoming out, thereby offering even greater safety.

Powerful Cargo Mode
you get the maximum assistance from your e-bike – namely 400 per cent of your own effort. Cargo mode also optimises acceleration: despite the high level of assistance and torque, your e-cargo bike accelerates smoothly and comfortably. Do you prefer a different dynamic or torque setting? In the eBike Flow app, you can use the slider to adjust Cargo Mode to suit your needs. ABS Cargo
eCargo bikes place enormous demands on the braking system. Bosch eBike ABS ensures faster, safer and more stable braking, even when fully loaded. This protects you, your load and other road users.

Push assist or hill start assist
Hold down the minus button and start walking: thanks to the smart push assist, you can push your e-bike more easily. In addition, the integrated Hill Hold function prevents your e-bike from rolling backwards unintentionally.

Effective technology
Keep your e-bike cool: even under heavy use or in hot conditions, the Cargo Line effectively dissipates motor heat via its cooling fins. This prevents your drive unit from overheating, so you can go full throttle even on long summer rides. The compact dimensions of the Cargo Line and its magnesium housing reduce the weight of the drive unit to just 2.9 kilograms. This makes your e-bike lighter and gives you even better control.

Powerful assistance
Transport your loads effortlessly to your destination: whether you’re riding slowly up a steep hill or pedalling hard on a straight stretch – the 85 Nm torque provides powerful yet natural assistance thanks to the optimally tuned gearbox design.

Confident riding experience
Master even difficult situations with confidence: the multi-sensor system and sophisticated software enable consistent acceleration and give you a smooth, safe riding experience. The new Auto mode recognises the characteristics of the environment and adjusts the level of assistance accordingly. You don’t need to switch between driving modes and can concentrate on the road.

eBike Lock – Free additional protection against theft

The perfect complement – park your eBike. Enjoy some downtime.
eBike Lock is free for all eBikes with the smart system. When you switch on your eBike, it automatically checks whether your smartphone is nearby to act as a digital key. Only then is the motor assistance activated and your eBike unlocked.

Display as a key – use your Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 as a key
It’s as intuitive as it sounds: simply remove the display from its mount and stow it away. This gives your eBike an extra layer of protection in no time. Reattach the display to activate the motor assistance and set off.

Unlock via smartphone – manually unlock your e-bike using your smartphone
Instead of automatic unlocking, you can also unlock your e-bike manually via your smartphone using a button on the home screen.

Battery Lock – Digitally lock the battery

Additional protection – protect a valuable component of your e-bike
With Battery Lock, you can provide additional digital protection for your e-bike battery: this feature ensures that your battery can no longer be used if it is stolen.

Digital keys – Flexibility with a digital key
You can use several digital keys simultaneously for Battery Lock: your smartphone with the eBike Flow app, as well as your Kiox 300 or Kiox 500.

Flow+ – Premium service with Flow+
Battery Lock is available as a premium service from Flow+. You can try Flow+ for free – for 12 months with the ConnectModule. Without the ConnectModule, you get one month free.

Protect your eBike – eBike Alarm

Park with peace of mind – valuable location and status information
Whether you’re just parking your eBike for a short while or will be away for longer, you stay connected and relaxed via your smartphone.

Two-stage alarm – Audible and visual alarm
Your eBike will alert you with audible signals and flashing LEDs if it detects movement or is being moved. You’ll also receive a notification on your smartphone.

Tracking functions – Helpful location tracking
If your e-bike is moved significantly, you can track its location using the tracking function.

eBike Pass – All your data always to hand
With the eBike Pass, you can keep track of important information about your eBike. Data relating to your eBike is stored here. You can add details manually – even independently of eBike Alarm.

Theft Report – Quick help in the event of theft
If your eBike is stolen, you can create a document containing all the important information about the incident for the police, based on the data from the eBike Pass – and add a live tracking link.

Route planning – Plan according to your needs
Choose the route profile and map details that suit your ride. Plan your own routes with waypoints or import existing ones from komoot.

On-screen navigation – Navigate precisely using your display
The navigation function for the Kiox 300, Kiox 400C and Kiox 500 guides you precisely to your destination – with turn-by-turn directions and clear route guidance. If you’ve subscribed to Flow+, you’ll get even more map detail on your display.

Ride Screen – Turn your smartphone into an e-bike display
With the SmartphoneGrip, you can use the Ride Screen. It not only shows you all the important ride data, but also offers fully-fledged navigation with 3D map views – even in portrait mode.

Activity Tracking – Automatically record and analyse your ride data
The eBike Flow app records your ride data as soon as you set off. In the statistics, you’ll find valuable insights into your ride and fitness data – to analyse and share. If you wish, all data is also automatically synchronised with Apple Health.

komoot and Strava – Connect the eBike Flow app to your favourite apps
Transfer your routes from komoot to the eBike Flow app, synchronise your activities with Strava and share your achievements with your friends or your community.

Performance Upgrade 2.0 – Performance redefined
Unleash more power for your e-bike. The Performance Upgrade 2.0 delivers not only better acceleration but also stronger assistance. Thanks to software optimisations, you’ll enjoy more powerful propulsion and maintain high speeds for longer – with even more precise control. Maximum torque of up to 120 Nm via update. Variations may apply depending on the type of gear system. Higher performance settings may lead to increased wear and reduced range. The e-bike manufacturer may limit the maximum torque at the factory. In the eBike Flow app, therefore, only the maximum value authorised by the manufacturer can be set.

Updates keep your eBike up to date and make it even better. You can easily download new eBike features and transfer them to your eBike via Bluetooth.

One account. Multiple eBikes
The eBike Flow app becomes your digital garage: you can add up to six eBikes to your account – and switch easily between them.

Digital service log
Your Bosch eBike dealer can synchronise your service appointment details with the eBike Flow app. Simply tap ‘My eBike’ in the app settings to view a record of what was carried out during your eBike’s servicing.

CO₂ savings
Find out after your ride how much CO₂ you’ve saved compared to a car journey.

Trick Check – More skills. More fun.
Improve your skills and analyse your performance: Trick Check automatically recognises and records the type of trick you’ve performed, whether it’s jumps, stoppies, manuals or wheelies. To help you improve your riding technique, you’ll receive immediate feedback on the display and via an audible signal. Whilst riding, you’ll see the distance, duration, height or angle on your display for eight seconds. After your ride, you’ll find your best results in the eBike Flow app. This feature is enabled by default on your Kiox 400C and Purion 400. For all other displays, you can activate this feature at any time in the display settings, as well as switch the audible alert on and off. The sensors are calibrated to respond only to distinct tricks.

Highlights of the Intuvia display

Smart push assist
The Intuvia 100 helps you even on steep climbs: it shows whether the smart push assist has been activated via the control unit. It helps you when pushing your e-bike uphill. If you move your e-bike within 10 seconds as instructed on the display, the motor provides assistance – and the Hill Hold function prevents the bike from rolling backwards. This makes it easier for you to make progress even whilst walking.

Comprehensive activity data
Take a look at what you’ve achieved: when you remove the Intuvia 100 from its mount after your ride, you can use the button on the back to view metrics such as the distance or duration of your ride. The display changes with each press of the button. After 60 seconds, your Intuvia 100 switches off automatically – helping to conserve battery life. If your e-bike was connected to the eBike Flow app whilst riding, you can also view your activity data in the app.

Helpful service tip
Keep your e-bike up to date and in good working order: a notification with a spanner icon on the Intuvia 100 indicates that it’s time for your next service. The service intervals are determined by specialist dealers, either based on a specific time period or a specific number of kilometres travelled. You don’t have to remember your service appointments yourself, and your e-bike will always remain up to date thanks to regular checks.

Easy mounting and positioning
You can position the Intuvia 100 mount on the handlebars wherever suits you best, both visually and functionally – either above or in front of the stem. With a simple twist, you can easily attach the display to its mount and adjust it to the angle that suits you best – for clear readability and a comfortable ride.

Easy operation
You can operate the Intuvia 100 safely and intuitively using the LED Remote or the Mini Remote.

eBike Lock
eBike Lock, providing additional theft protection for your eBike, is a free feature within the smart system. Activate motor assistance using your smartphone as a digital key. The lock status is shown on the Intuvia 100 display and in the eBike Flow app.

The display is powered by a replaceable button cell.

A 2.5-inch display, clearly laid-out functions, large text and high contrast ensure that you can read the Intuvia 100 clearly in all weathers.
