Optimized for cold winter conditions: the UMA GT Winter EVO Women's Softshell Jacket by ASSOS
The jacket is designed specifically for all female riders who prefer to ride outside all year round and therefore rely on strategically combined textiles that not only provide protection and comfort in cold winter conditions, but also still take into account pre-bent position on the road bike.
Combine with a Winter Skin Layer in almost any winter weather, or, for added insulation, combine with the Ultraz Winter Skin Layer as a layer underneath. Part of the 3/3 GT Outfit System, in addition to this jacket, are also the GT Winter Bib Tights.
In the design of the front section, ASSOS has used NEOS Medium, a three-layer softshell material with bonded PU membrane. This flexible textile, developed in-house, is highly breathable, waterproof, insulating and 100% windproof. Thanks to all these features, your mid body remains fully protected from icy winter air, splashing water and rain. On the upper arms NEOS Light was processed, which is slightly less insulating, but improves breathability and has a lower weight. And so that you do not get too hot during increased exertion, ASSOS resorts to the fleece-lined ASSOS RX material for the underarms and lower back.
Raglan sleeves and the one-piece front are joined by a seam that extends to the collar, so you can enjoy unrestricted freedom of movement in the saddle. The classic, regularFit fit is cut narrow, but leaves enough room for extra layers.
