Incredibly light: the RS Gloves TARGA by ASSOS
For the next generation of Race Series gloves, ASSOS has reworked the cut at the wrist, cutting out material to allow joints to flex easily in the riding position. Less bulk, less wrinkling and less restriction. The design and hand mobility are not compromised. The combination of five different textiles, ten sections and three components creates a rounded, optimal 3D shape that mimics the specific anatomical position of the human hand when gripping the handlebars. The long finger model extends the grip to the fingertips and provides increased control over the brakes during descents or riding in the lower handlebar position.
The main material, the Breezer Tex, is an ultra-light fabric with an open structure that promotes breathability and keeps hands cool and dry. Perforated synthetic palms prevent friction and provide a secure grip and handlebar feel.
Anatomical cut of ten panels and five textiles precisely mimics the typical silhouette of the human hand. A highly absorbent terry strip on the thumb provides a wiping surface.
