Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Product information "Mille GT C2 - Long Sleeve Jersey"
Breathable, medium insulation, quick drying: the Mille GT C2 long sleeve jersey by ASSOS
The newly redesigned GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 keeps you comfortable by maintaining a nice dry microclimate in cool weather without feeling stuffy hot when the day gets warmer. The sleeves are now made entirely of RX material, which increases the light insulation on the arms to meet cooler conditions. The optimized fit in the chest, shoulder and abdominal areas increases comfort when you're off the bike or in a more upright riding position adapted to long distances. The sleeves have racing-inspired clean, open-edged cuffs with reduced bulk so gloves or shells can be worn over them. For low-light riding, the back hem features reflective details. An integrated goggle holder on the right sleeve provides space for sunglasses.
Pair the jersey with the GT Knickers C2 or GTS Spring Fall Bib Shorts C2 for comfort on long rides on cold days, and stow a rain jacket or vest in the pockets along with Spring Fall ASSOSOIRES.
The 250 g/m² RX material on the front combines increased thermal insulation with fast drying, high abrasion resistance and breathability. The pockets have been improved with Sens Strong, a 218 g/m² textile that stabilizes full pockets with its honeycomb construction. Both textiles offer USF 50+ protection factor.
The revised MILLE GT regularFit fit is less restrictive in the chest area while maintaining the streamlined silhouette conducive to layering. Set-in sleeves provide full range of motion in aggressive or upright riding positions.
Features - Mille GT C2 Long Sleeve Jersey
- zeroPressure Wa ist: A waistband made of soft, highly elastic material that improves comfort and support in the abdominal area without pinching or squeezing.
- Triple Ramp Pockets: Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets form "lids" that secure and stabilize contents while protecting them from precipitation or splashing water.
- Eyewear Holder: A secure place for glasses on the right sleeve.
- Temperature range: spring / autumn
- Fit: ASSOS regularFit
ASSOS technology
regularFit
A body mapped performance fit that is a little less aggressive than ASSOS' racingFit. The best of both worlds, wearability and speed converging. A balance between the more compressive racingFit and the looser comfortFit.
AEPD (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design)
Stand for the company's know-how, experience and philosophy on how a garment should be tailored to function in the cyclist's position. ASSOS garments are designed to perfectly fit and adhere to the body, in other words, to respect the anatomy of the cycling body. High-tech fabrics are pointless if cut "wrong"!
ALS (ASSOS Layering System)
Less is more. The entire ASSOS collection is conceptualized around this technology. ASSOS apparel is engineered with minimum volume, taking advantage of the body's natural heating/cooling capacities by insulating intelligently through pro-active layering. Both fabrics and garments have chain functions and are cut to complement each other. Everything fits like a puzzle; technically as well as aesthetically. It is up to each cyclist to follow the climate range guidelines and to experiment with the different ASSOS garments in order to find the perfect personal outfit for each specific riding season.
