Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "Equipe RSR S11 Something to say - Jersey"
The EQUIPE RS S11 features a completely new sleeve textile that is lighter than the previous one without compromising the compressive second-skin fit. The new material is also structured to achieve aerodynamic advantages in aggressive riding positions and to reduce air resistance at the leading edge of the body.
Optimised WorldTour jersey: Equipe RSR S11 Something to say by ASSOS
The miniCheck Tex main body is the same as its predecessor, offering ultralight, highly breathable comfort and a compressive, close-to-the-body fit. At the back hem, the fit is anchored by the new PILtec Plug-In technology, which combines an ultra-light textile band with silicone micro-dots to stabilise the fit when climbing, sprinting or cornering - even in wet conditions.
The open 3D circular knit material miniCheck Tex ensures high breathability, plenty of elasticity, UPF 25 and the characteristic ASSOS jersey texture on the front. The pockets are anchored by a back panel made of Stabilizer V11, which ensures particularly good air circulation and is so light that it is recommended to apply sun cream underneath. At the same time, it increases stability, prevents sagging and reduces movement when the pockets are fully loaded. The sleeves are made from the new 550CX Warp-Knit textile, which offers UPF 35 protection and impresses with its muscle-enveloping bistretch fit and inherent aerodynamic properties.
Features - Equipe RSR S11 Something to say
- Raw Cut & Bonded: The sleeves, hem and zip are raw-edge cut and bonded, so there are no transition edges and the entire jersey is characterised by clean, elegant lines.
- Triple Ramp Pockets: Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets form "lids" that secure and stabilise the contents while protecting them from precipitation or splashing water.
- PILtec Plug-In: The rear hem is fitted with a lightweight, ultra-breathable textile band with micro-dot silicone treatment. This stabilises the back of the jersey and provides support even when wet.
- ASSOS Clima Range: Summer 1/3
- Fit: ASSOS racingFit
Technologies
racingFit
Tighter and with slightly more compression than regularFit and comfortFit. Feels somewhat restricted when standing and walking, but fits like a second skin in the typical position on the bike. The result is better performance and increased comfort.
ALS (ASSOS Layering System)
Less is more. The entire ASSOS collection is designed according to this philosophy. The aim in the development of ASSOS textiles is to utilise the body's natural heat-regulating properties through different layers of clothing with a minimum of weight and volume. Both the fabrics and the garments are always orientated towards their specific function and designed to complement each other perfectly. Everything fits together like a puzzle, both technically and aesthetically.
