Race-optimised bib shorts with proven technology: the Equipe RS S11 bib shorts by ASSOS
The EQUIPE R S11 is inspired by our classic NeoPro model. It uses technologies from the premium RS SCHTRADIVARI S11 bib shorts, but with a simpler construction, including raw-cut leg cuffs, minimalist silicone grip and the lightweight, compressive Type.911 textile. The main difference between the RS and R models is the EQUIPE R S11 insert and the bib construction: both have been simplified and thus optimised for pure racing suitability.
Features - Equipe RS S11
- Type.911: a textile with a silky-soft, abrasion-resistant texture that provides stabilising compression. The black is deeper than the previous model and does not lose its intensity even when stretched; it is also water-repellent and dries quickly to prevent weight gain due to residual moisture, has odour control properties and protects with UPF 50+.
- zeroPressure Waist: A waistband made from highly elasticated material that fits like a second skin while reducing pressure in aggressive riding positions.
- skinGrip Finish: Raw-cut trims with a minimalist anti-slip finish ensure that the trouser legs stay in place even without seams, without creating excessive pressure.
- X-Frame: A-shaped straps limit the drop at the lower back and stabilise the seat insert and main panel during high-intensity rides.

- Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 9: Compressive foam in a breathable 9 mm racing platform. Thermoformed moulding reduces edges and irritation.
- goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at the front and back, the sides and centre remain loose. So it moves with your body and not against it. New cut-outs on the sides reduce volume and friction when pedalling.
