Recommended intake
- Turbo Drink can be consumed before, during or after exercise.
- Consume this drink during a long session lasting at least 2 hours.
- The sports drink can be mixed in two doses: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.
- Turbo Drink with 40g of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of the powder (1 level measuring spoon) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use.
- Turbo Drink with 80g of carbohydrates: Mix 84g of the powder (2 heaped measuring spoons) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to go.
- It is also possible to replace the 500 ml of water with 750 ml; in this case, the amount of carbohydrates in the bottle remains the same.
