An ideal energy bar that is welcome at any (sports) moment, which consists of the well-known 2:1 carbohydrate ratio (glucose:fructose). In addition, 50mg of sodium has been added to ensure that, in addition to your glycogen, your salt reserves are immediately refilled during exercise.
