Q-Lite

That's why ALPINA has developed the contrast-enhancing Q-Lite technology, which makes contrasts on the trail and on the road more visible, makes colors appear richer and ensures sharper vision. The eyes can thus stay focused longer, they are less stressed and more powerful at crucial moments.
Varioflex
Varioflex is a lens technology in which the tint of the lens automatically adjusts to the weather. The self-tinting (photochromic) lens reacts to visible light. When exposed to light, chemical elements open up and create a flat, darkening effect. If the light intensity decreases, the chemical elements close and the pane becomes lighter again. This process takes place in a matter of seconds. The result: a pane for a wide range of lighting conditions.
FOGSTOP
Fogstop is a coating on the inside of the lenses. The coating is not smooth but rough - even "fissured" on a microscopic level. As a result, the drops have no possibility to form a closed layer, i.e. to fog up and thus obscure the view. This would only happen if the moisture manages to fill the fissures with water. Before this happens, however, the deposited moisture has long since condensed and the view remains clear.
HYDROPHOBIC
Hydrophobic is a moisture-repellent nanostructure on the lens that causes water to bead up. At the same time, dirt is also transported away. As a result, the lens is not only clean, but also dries faster.
2-COMP
The combination of hard frame, soft rubberized temple tips and nose pads increases the comfort and fit of the goggles.
ADAPTABLE NOSEPAD
Cold-adjustable, rubberized nose pads allow optimal fit to any nose width and shape. The rubber coating effectively prevents slipping and guarantees a secure fit of the goggles.
OPTIMIZED AIRFLOW
A highly curved lens combined with indirect airflow ensures draft-free, fog-free vision even during fast-paced outdoor sports.
