The MTB helmet is lightweight, well-ventilated and features a deeper fit that provides extra protection at the back of the head.

Down-country is all about one thing: riding up fast, riding down fast, and repeating. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is almost perfectly suited to the demands of mountain bikers. The MTB helmet is lightweight, well-ventilated and features a deeper fit that provides extra protection at the back of the head. When the trail heads downhill, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets ensure good ventilation. In addition to a host of well-designed features for off-road use, the MIPS model features impact protection. This is designed to protect the brain, particularly if the cyclist hits the ground at an angle during a fall. In such a scenario, the brain is subjected to severe rotational forces, which can lead to serious brain injuries. The MIPS system features a movable, low-friction plastic shell integrated into the helmet, which ensures that rotation is reduced and the head is better protected.
