Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated

Product information "AirBreaker 2.0 - Road Bike Helmet"
Maximum performance - low weight: the AirBreaker 2.0 from ABUS
When every second counts, you need a helmet that will take you to the front. The AirBreaker 2.0 is made for top performance: an ultra-light road helmet with optimized ventilation, a sleek design and a comfortable fit.
Its low weight is just the beginning, because innovative features make the AirBreaker 2.0 an exceptional performance helmet: the lightweight Aero Blade™ at the upper rear brings aerodynamics to the road - it reduces air resistance and increases airflow. Made from material with injected carbon fibers, it provides stability without adding weight.
The foamed-in Acti Cage™ structure provides additional robustness and protects your head without compromising on ventilation. With large, strategically placed air vents and the optimized cooling airflow system, your head stays comfortably cool even during the hottest races - whether in a full sprint or on long, slow climbs. Even with your sunglasses on, you will feel the full, refreshing ventilation.
The AirBreaker 2.0 also scores points with a fit that fits: supported by a smooth adjustment system for the perfect setting. Put it on, adjust it precisely and focus on your ride. Where the limit ends, that's where you really start.
Features - AirBreaker 2.0
- Aero Blade™ with injected carbon: additional component to reinforce the structure and improve aerodynamics - thanks to material reinforced with carbon fibers, it is particularly stable and lightweight at the same time
- Acti Cage™: allows larger ventilation openings with high stability thanks to foamed-in structural reinforcement
- Cooling airflow system: the ventilation openings are connected to each other via channels on the inside to direct incoming air through the helmet and thus ensure maximum air circulation and a comfortable head climate
- Lower edge protection: polycarbonate (PC) outer shell covers the lower edge of the helmet and protects against scratches, impacts and signs of wear and tear
- Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: rotating wheel at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference
- Plait opening: thanks to the cut-out in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns or plaits
- Glasses holder at the front: defined recess at the front of the helmet to hold glasses in a secure and aerodynamic position while riding
- Floating padding: padding on the inside of the helmet that is clicked into place via several attachment points, making it more flexible and offering better ventilation and greater comfort
- Removable, washable padding: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
- Flow Straps™ Pro: aerodynamic straps for low flow resistance, less noise and high wearing comfort - the upper area is slightly thinner to minimize the contact surface on the skin
- Stitched straps: the straps are stitched for optimum aerodynamics and therefore do not require strap distributors - this means they fit particularly snugly and do not flap while riding
- In-mold process: Production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) - this creates a durable and robust connection
- Plug-in fastener: for safe and practical handling, the straps are fitted with a classic plug-in lock (three-prong connection) for opening and closing
