Dual Battery - ready for maximum range as standard
ZEMO riders can enjoy e-biking without having to stop to charge, and even on particularly demanding tours with a lot of elevation gain, they can relax and forget about looking at the range indicator. Commuters who used to have to charge their battery two to three times a week can now enjoy the convenience of having to plug in their batteries no more than once a week, depending on their use.
The docking station for the battery, which has a total capacity of 1250 watt hours, is located in the frame triangle above the drive unit. Cleverly positioned and ready for immediate use, the DualBattery battery blends into the ergonomic ZEMO design.
For the best possible efficiency and sustainable use, the batteries are always discharged alternately. If the system detects an energy difference of five percent, it automatically switches to the other battery. Depending on requirements, both batteries can of course be charged directly on the ZEMO itself or externally.
ZEMO battery removal - convenient and well thought out
The battery can be removed easily and effortlessly thanks to the cover integrated into the frame. When transported without the battery, the frame and compartment remain reliably protected from the weather. Alternatively, the battery can be charged directly on the e-bike - the easily accessible charging socket on the rear frame and the practical magnetic plug ensure particularly easy and ergonomic handling.
Zemo GPS & App - accident and theft protection for maximum safety
A fall is bad, a fall in the middle of nowhere is even worse. But thanks to E-Call, ZEMO owners are always on the safe side. Once activated, the DEKRA-tested ZEMO CrashSensor detects a potential accident situation. help can be called as quickly as possible via personal emergency contacts, who are informed and provided with location data in the event of a possible accident.
In addition, the ZEMO GPS and the associated app offer intelligent theft protection. If the ZEMO is moved from its parking position, the owner receives an alarm. At the same time, the location can be tracked live on the map and, if necessary, a theft report can be sent to the police. With the help of this technology, the recovery rate of a stolen e-bike is currently around 80 percent. The well-known motor with a new connectivity is accompanied by Bosch's brand-new PowerTube 750 battery - for longer riding pleasure with a significantly increased range. Beside the new LED remote, and the new 2A charger, the new smart system also includes the new eBike Flow app, which now is the center for customizing your e-bike! Thanks to the network, you can easily retrofit new functions or install updates "over-the-air". Of course, you can also track your activities and customize the riding modes. The retrofittable "ConnectModule" is intended to increase security, enabling new options for e-bike theft protection. For example, an acoustic alarm can be triggered in the event of an attempted theft, and the bike can also be tracked if it has been stolen. The maximum torque of 85 Nm has a noticeable effect on your riding behaviour when eMountain biking. The powerful motor enables rapid acceleration after tight turns and obstacles at a low cadence and facilitates starting up on the steepest of hills. For fast sprints, the motor also supports you at high cadence.
Intuitive handling
A mode for more focus: Specially designed for sporty use, eMTB mode offers you optimum control and intuitive handling, as you need to switch less between the different riding modes. With this clever function of the eMTB mode, technical sections can be mastered with confidence and obstacles such as root systems and rock gardens can be overcome by applying targeted pedal pressure with the Extended Boost. Recording activities
Track your ride and fitness data as soon as you get started. If desired, the Activity Tracking for iPhone users can also sync all data automatically with Apple Health. When you take a break, the recording stops automatically.

Smart Walk AssistThe Intuvia 100 also helps you on steep climbs: It shows whether the Smart Walk Assist has been activated via the control unit. It supports you when pushing your eBike uphill. If you move your eBike within 10 seconds according to the instructions on the display, the motor supports you - and prevents the bike from rolling backwards with the Hill Hold. This makes it easier for you to move forward while walking.
Trackable activity data
See what you've done: When you take Intuvia 100 off the holder after your ride, you can use the button on the back to display values such as distance or duration. The display changes with each click of the button. After 60 seconds, your Intuvia 100 switches off automatically - and therefore saves the battery. If your eBike was connected to the eBike Flow app during the ride, you can also call up your activity data in the app.
Helpful service note
Keep your eBike up to date and functional: A notice with a wrench icon on the Intuvia 100 tells you that the next service is due. The service intervals are determined by the dealers, either according to a certain period of time or a certain number of kilometers ridden. You don't have to remind yourself of your service appointments and your eBike always stays up to date with regular checks.
Easy mounting and positioning
You place the Intuvia 100 mount on the handlebar where it fits best for you visually and functionally - either above or in front of the stem. With a twist of the wrist, you can easily mount the display on its bracket and adjust it to the angle that's best for you - for good readability and a comfortable ride.
