This carbohydrate bar fulfils the modern demands for a sports bar with an optimised combination of carbohydrates, fat and protein. The Xenofit energy bar fulfils the recommendation of the DGE (German Association for Nutrition) to cover more than 50% of your energy needs with carbohydrates.
Oat flakes are a key ingredient in all four available flavours. No flavour-enhancing fats or artificial colorings are added. In addition, Xenofit energy bars contain important vitamins and minerals, in particular vitamins B1, B2, B6 and niacin – which are essential for energy metabolism – as well as magnesium, the ‘athlete’s mineral’, and calcium, the ‘bone mineral’. Magnesium helps, amongst other things, to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Calcium is needed for healthy bones.
