The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

Einsatz am RR/CX. Das Positive: Vergleichbare Kombipedale unter 300 Gramm in dieser Preisklasse sind Mangelware, in diesem Punkt haben die Pedale fast ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Die Pedale sind optisch gefällig und wirken erst mal ordentlich verarbeitet. Die Lagerung hat sich als recht haltbar erwiesen. Auf der Plattformseite ist die Aufstandsfläche klein, aber genau diese kompakten Abmaße machen das Pedal eben so interessant, wenn die Plattformseite nur gelegentlich benötigt wird und man sich deshalb keine sperrigen "Bratpfannen" ans Rad schrauben will. Meine Kritikpunkte: Auslösehärte ist nur in einem relativ kleinen Bereich einstellbar (hart-sehr hart). Für leichte Fahrer daher eher nicht so geeignet. Der Einstellmechanismus der Auslösekraft (Schraube) ist nicht gegen versehentliches Ausdrehen gesichert. Wer nicht aufpasst und die Schraube zu weit rausdreht, der hat schlagartig die ganze Mimik in Einzelteilen vor sich. Zusammenbau gegen die Federkraft (fast) unmöglich! Mit fortschreitender Abnutzung (pedalseitig) wurde bei mir das Ausklicken aus den Pedalen zunehmend unsauber und hakelig. Es kam dann vor, dass ich trotz ausgeklicktem Cleat irgendwie im Pedalkäfig hängengeblieben bin. Hab die Pedale deshalb aussortiert. Fazit: Eindruck insgesamt eher durchwachsen. Würde ich wohl nicht noch mal kaufen. Fahre inzwischen die (etwa 80 Gramm schwereren) PD-EH500 von Shimano, ist vom gesamten Gefühl beim Fahren und insbes. Ein- und Ausklicken einfach wesentlich komfortabler und stimmiger.

Ich habe die Hybrid Pedale gekauft, um auf meinem Crossrad nicht nur mit meinen Klickschuhen, sondern auch mit normalen Schuhen fahren zu können. Beides funktioniert super, ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Der Underdog ersetzt locker 100-200€ Pedale. Schön leicht, nie Probleme beim Einklicken (als ob er auf beiden Seiten Clicker hätte). Seit 2 Jahren bei meinem Gravel/Reise/Citybike im Einsatz. Jetzt kommen die auch noch an mein Rollentrainerrennrad. Ein bisschen Geknacke, wie bei teuren Shimanos auch, kann man mit Lagerfett eliminieren. Absolute Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

Perfekt und sehr leicht. Auf der Plattform lässt es sich sehr gut mit normalen Schuhen treten, jedoch kann sie etwas rutschig sein, weil die Zacken etwas zu wenig ausgeprägten sind. Aber in der Regel fährt man ja mit Klicker :-)

Hervorragend für Rennrad und Cyclocrosser geeignet, wenn man lauffähige Schuhe braucht und trotzdem leichtgewichtige Pedale möchte, ohne dafür Unsummen auszugeben. Die Pedale machen zunächst einen leicht fragilen Eindruck, der jedoch täuscht – sie sind sehr solide.
