Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Does not breath, so swetting from inside and getting wet. Also water drains from your pants into your shoes. The legs part is not tight enough to stop watter coming from the top to flow through. Have not had this experience with other shoe caps. These are only good enough for light water spray from the street, not when going through the rain!

Some mixed feelings, its well build, dry feet, not made for walking, so try to avoid that or the fabric under the nose will get damaged quickly. I have the 44-46, which is a very "universal" fit for my shimano XC07 shoes size 45 or any other "slim" style shoe, the fit gets better for my lake MX242 size44 shoes because they are a beefier build, but still to much material at the heel. Price not that bad.

Top!

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Average rating of 2 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Schützen sehr gut vor Wind und Regen. Müsste bei gleichen Temperaturen (5-10°) statt Joggingschuhen, sonst knöchelhohe Winterschuhe tragen.
