Für MTB nicht geeignet, da zu klein. Pumpgriff könnte ergonomischer sein. Umbau auf AV etwas fummelig (Aufschrauben und umdrehen der mehrteiligen Ventileinsätze) sowie sinnlos, da man mit dieser Mini-Pumpe ewig pumpen muss um einen Trekkingrad- oder MTB-Schlauch zu füllen. Gut zu bewerten sind: - Abdeckung der Pumpöffnung, um Dreckeinschluss zu verhindern - Klemmhebel zur Abdichtung am Ventil während des Pumpens - solide Befestigung am Rahmen Empfehlung nur für Rennrad (nicht mein Einsatzzweck)

Empfehlenswert!

Ich habe meine beiden Pocket Rockets seit 20 Jahren Radsport immer noch im Einsatz. Bisher haben sie mich nie im Stich gelassen und konnten jeden Reifen wieder aufpumpen. Klar, man benötigt im Falle des Falles viele Hiebe, um den Reifen prall zu füllen, aber im Regelfall bekommt man einen Platten auch relativ selten. Man führt die Pumpe nun mal für den Notfall mit sich. Für die restliche Zeit auf dem Rad ist sie eben klein und praktisch. Ob am Crossrad/Winterrennrad am bzw. neben dem Getränkehalter oder beim Rennrad in der Trikottasche. Wenn sie gebraucht wird, ist sie da und funktioniert. Ich bin jedenfalls zufrieden.
