Der Backloader X ist eine sehr hochwertig verarbeitete und stabile Tasche. Die 10-Liter-Variante kann auf den Wishbone verzichten und saß zumindest bei mir immer bombenfest. Das Holstersystem ist mir das bisschen Zusatzgewicht zum normalen Backloader auch wert. Auch der Packsack mit Ventil funktioniert hervorragend und lässt sich wunderbar komprimieren. Lediglich die Montage des Holsters ist etwas umständlicher als bei anderen Bikepackingsatteltaschen: Hierbei wird nur jeweils ein kurzes Band mit Öse über die Sattelstrebe gelegt und das Hauptband muss dann durch die Öse gefädelt werden. Dazu hilft es, den breiten Klettgurt um die Sattelstütze zuerst zu fixieren. Außerdem muss der Halteclip für das überschüssige Band bei jeder Montage ab- und wieder drangemacht werden. Daher nutze ich ihn einfach nicht und stopfe den Bandüberschuss einfach irgendwo zwischen Holster und Packsack. Noch ein Hinweis: die 10- und 15-Liter-Varianten unterscheiden sich nur durch die Packsäcke. Das Holster ist identisch. Da die Packsäcke auch einzeln zu kaufen sind, kann man sich also auch später noch umentscheiden.
